My Question or Issue

Since a few days I am experiencing an issue while playing my favourite songs.

I sorted the playlist by DATE I added the songs.

The oldest added first, the new at the bottom.

When I reopen spotify and I restart playing the songs basically after I listen to one it plays the PREVIOUS one, not the next.

If I press the NEXT button it restarts the same song, if I press it again it goeas to the previous song

If I press the PREVIOUS button it goes to the next song.

It's basically doing everything on reverse and was not when I started playing the favourite songs playlist from the oldest addedd

I don't know if it happens with album as well cause I didn't try it

After a while it disappears but I don't know how and why.

It's getting annoying

Thanks

M.

Hey @ciarco,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and welcome to the Community 🙂

Can you restart your PC and then log out and log back in again? If that doesn't help, you can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues.

If the issue persist, you can try on another device. Does the issue occur? You can also send us a screen recording. We'll investigate this further.

Keep us in the loop! If you have more questions, we are here for you.
