Friend Activity failed to load

My Question or Issue

I recently was unable to see my friends list. I already tried troubleshooting by going into system32/drivers/ect/hosts, but I can't see the Spotify link that everyone else sees. It just says its a fake copy of the host file. I already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times already.

If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this. 

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one? Make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store. 

If this doesn't do the trick, we recommend trying with a different network, for example creating a hot spot on your phone and using that - if that's possible.
