Friend activity not working for everyone

So I have only a few friends on spotify and can see all of their live listening but not one friend in particular. She also can see others she follows but not mine. We are trying to figure out why as everything is up to date and cant see any settings that would not allow us to see each others listening feed.

Ive seen other posts but with no solution.

All are up to date and have friends feed public settings
