Full screen mode still shows text on bottom

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

Full screen mode shows remnants of the white text 'Ähnliche Musikvideos' at the very bottom. This is distracting and annoying. A fix would be appreciated. Thx!

Hope you're doing well! Are you using two monitors at the same time by any chance? In the past that has been the cause of the issue in a few instances. If so, the difference (if there is any) between the resolution of the monitors might cause interference of how the Spotify full screen is shown. Here's an example of what I mean.

Can you try and change both the display resolution and scale on the Windows settings to see how it goes? Also, you should be able to change Spotify's scale (if you're using the desktop app) by pressing Ctrl + + to zoom in, or Ctrl + - to zoom out. By going to the three-dot menu, you can choose View from the menu to change the scale from there as well.

Hi MauriceMV!

I am indeed using two monitors, they are identical, both landscape mode, 1920 x 1080. Zooming in and out on Spotify itself does strangely enough resolve the issue at least a little - the text is only visible at a 100 %, not at 90 % and 110 %. I've also tried setting my Spotify to English to see whether the special character Ä might be the problem, but I can still see a couple of pixels of the English text. I suppose widening the black border around the full screen mode by just a couple of pixels would fix this issue completely.
