Getting in-app concert recommendations despite having tailored ads turned off. I pay for premium - let me turn this off. I have seen the options about "click learn more and opt out". That isn't on these ads.

Spotify call them "personalized recommendations" which is really word games for advertising without saying the word "advertising". They're trying to double dip on revenue but getting a lot of customers angry because they're selling an "ad-free" experience and then selling ads that appear in front of premium users.
