Grayed-out songs when downloaded from iTunes Playlist

I have Spotify Premium and use it on my phone, tablet and PC.  I imported a number of Playlists from iTunes, but have issues with some songs being grayed-out.  Many of these are songs that are definitely in the Spotify catalog (I do a search and there they are) and they are from the same album and stored in the exact same location on my PC as other songs that are working fine (see attachment).

Additionally, the grayed-out songs are different on my phone, tablet and PC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Common solutions for this is logging in and out of your account and trying a clean reinstallation of Spotify. Hope this helps.

Finally sometimes the greyed out songs mean the artist no longer wants their music on Spotify or that those songs are unavailable in your country.

If this is a soltuion please mark it as such.

Thanks for the suggestion, but, unfortunately, neither signing out and back in or reinstalling the Spotify app on my PC worked.  Additionally, I know the artists for these songs have not removed them from Spotify because I do a search and they are available (same artist, song, album).

Any other suggestions?

I simply meant that the songs are available to play.  They are not grayed out when I do a search for the album (or the song) and I can click on them and they play.  They are only grayed out in my Playlist.
