Having trouble spotify skips 10 or 16 second from the song

My Question or Issue

i use spotify for windows and when i am on playlist and spotify start the next song he skips 10 or 16 second from the song but when i add the songs to queue the software play them without any problem .

Are these playlists created by Spotify (Spotify-curated playlists)? If so, it's expected that next songs can fade in a bit later in order to create a desired flow on the playlist. There isn't much to do, but feel free to add the songs you like to your own playlists if you want to have better control over them.

yes these playlists created by Spotify that explain why when i add songs to queue spotify didn't skip the songs to create fade effect 
i didn't know that playlist created by spotify have effect like this effect i was think it's problem because it's first time i notice this effect i didn't thinks there is effect like that's come by default when that happen in first time i've checked the crossfade in settings.
