How do I block an artist or stop a song from being played?

There are certain songs that I don't like, by artists that I like, that you insist on shoving at me when I'd rather be listening to other tracks by that artist. And there are some artists that I don't want to hear at all, but when I turn my back to where I can't get to Spotify for a bit, there they are, drifting in from the next room. I don't feel it necessary to say which songs or which artists because I don't want to report them or whatever, I just want these songs and/or artists to stop showing up in Spotify playlists allegedly "Made For Jay" and on the DJ, both of whom act like they know my preferences. I want my preference NOT to hear stuff taken into account, too!

Currently, you can block artists on Mobile. Go to an Artist profile > click the 3 dot menu > Press on Don't Play This. Additionally, you can update your taste profile here
