the setting for making playlists private by default is not working

I have the setting for publish playlists by default off but they are still published automatically whenever I create a playlist.
Please fix this issue

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

We're unable to see what you sent on the link provided. If it's a video or a picture of the issue, would you mind adding it to your next reply or uploading them to Google Drive? This way we can check it from our end. 

Also, keep in mind that when this setting is off, the playlist is created as public but it won't be added to your profile unless you manually change it. The default is that all playlists you create are public as mentioned here.
