How do I fix "Post flooding detected"? 2

Regarding https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/How-do-I-fix-quot-Post-flooding-detected-quot/m-p/5... TS reports a problem with posting, I report a problem with posting sometimes, and you answer clearly states that we are in fact spamming your forum. 

Please fix this bug in your forum SW. If there actually is some kind of "error" in a message, your forum SW must allow the user to re-send. Waiting a few hour is not an option if you have written av 5000 word post with pictures and nice formatting.  If you have no control of your forum SW, change the forum SW. But do not ask a customer to wait a few hours because he/she has innocently "spammed" your forum.
