How to stop duplicates in the que, for shuffled playlists

My Question or Issue

When I shuffle a playlist it creates a lot of duplicates in the que, how can I stop this, this is not the same song from different sources but the same song from within the playlist, thanks

Hey @John1664! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

You can stop this by deactivating the 'Repeat Track' setting on the bottom of the app.

Hi, Niko when I turned on Spotify this morning the duplicates have reappeared.  Not every song but about 75% of them.  The "do not repeat" switch is still activated.  If you have any further ideas they would be gratefuly received

I have restarted the Playlist and the duplicates have gone, so it seems as if the problem only occurrs if I continue playing a playlist after a restart.  I can live with this but if you had an idea how to stop this that would be great.
