How the **bleep** do fix this,incognito mode doesn't work also clearing cache doesn't help I've also tried re-logging but had no success .

I'd need a bit more info on that:

Has this started happening recently?

Are you behind any firewall, proxy or other similar (like at work), and does it happen in other connections as well?

If you're able to, try checking your hosts file for any Spotify lines that shouldn't be there. 🙂
