I can't rearrange my playlist order.

I'm not sure if the feature was removed since Spotify's new updates, but I can't seem to rearrange the order of my playlists anymore. Usually, I just left click and drag a playlist in a certain order I want it to be in, but it doesn't work for me anymore. Please help!
