My Question or Issue

I don't really know what else to say. It's been a problem for about a year now, but I can't log in on my desktop at all on the website. It's as if it's not even trying to log me in. I put in my username and password and immediately get a "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or take a look at our help area" message. Weirdly enough, it's like this on literally every different internet browser thing. Firefox, chrome, internet explorer, none of them work. It wasn't really a hassle, since I was already logged in on the desktop app before this problem started, but now for some reason, it's logged me out on the app, and since you get sent to the website to be logged into the app, I can no longer use the app at all. I think it's a problem with my PC, but I don't understand why. I'm not sure what to do. Is there any way I can log into the PC app another way? Like, via my phone or something? Because it all works from that. I hope this makes sense.

(I don't know if these means anything, but I've had to send this on my phone also because my PC wouldn't show the "I'm not a robot" prompt. I'm certain it's my PC that's the issue, but I don't know how to fix it. Is there not a work around we can do for spotify? Sorry about all of this, but thank you!!)

Hey @IAmShaggy,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Are you using a VPN connection? If so, try turning it off and check again. Also try using an incognito window for the login.

The experience may be related to the network connection in a different way as well. Could you try using a hot spot from your phone to see if it makes any difference?

Keep us posted.

Cheers!
