Cntrl+A does not select all on the desktop. Why is this basic Windows behavior so hard to implement?

Could you please try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

In case the you're still not able to select all songs using CTRL +A, we'd suggest to try the troubleshooting methods that @Jeremy suggested earlier in this thread. You can also perform a thorough uninstall of the app on your device with the steps here. It'll get you the latest version of Spotify with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.
