I have identical playlists on 2 computers running windows. 1 repeatedly doesnt play specific songs

My Question or Issue

 I am running spotify off two laptops.  They have identifcal playlists and I can play these off either computer.  But I notice one device will not play specific songs while the other device will play them all.  There is no difference in the playlists.  The one device will just run through the song with no sound and then play the next song.   When I play off the first laptop that has audio for all the songs but try to listen off the other computer in order to connect to its speaker system it still won't play them!  Does anyone have a solution to this?
