I have made two playlists on the WIndows app and I can't play them on my tablet or phone

So I have made two different playlists that I would love to play on my phone or tablet but whenever I try to find the, they don't exist.  I have tried going offline to re-sync but I can't even do that since all of the different versions of the damn app don't even appear to have that option.  There is no tab under playback for offline. I have looked.  I am beyond frustrated right now.

Spotify is an app available on different platforms. That means that you can open your account on different devices having the same content on all of them.

If the content is different on any of the devices, most likely it has a different account logged in. First, we'd recommend logging out, from your devices and log back in with the same email and password or Facebook profile (in case you have it linked).

On the other hand, the Offline mode is a feature only available to Premium subscribers. If you have a Premium account, take a look at this article.
