I'm having issues downloading my music on my premium account.

I'm having issues downloading my music on my premium account.

I just formatted my device. I'm trying to reinstall my Spotify account but I can't download anything even though I have a premium account. What do I do to get the download button back because it won't even show that I can download music.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

First up, make sure you're logging in with the correct account. Try logging out and back in twice in a row to force a sync between your account and device.

 

Now, we understand you recently formatted your device, however, if you don't see the download button it's best to perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app to make sure everything is working correctly. 

 

if nothing helps, could you send a screenshot of how playlists look on your device? Additionally, send over the make/model and OS of the device along with the Spotify version you are currently running.
