 I'm hearing and seeing foreign language ads and I don't know what to do to fix it either (I have uninstalled and reinstalled). Could you please help me out A.S.A.P.

Hm, that's odd! I know you've already done this, but would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here?

Could you also provide us with the Spotify app version? You can find this in the three-dots menu (top-left corner) > Help > About Spotify.
