looking for a manner to sort playlists (links) with most complete available tag information available on Spotify. Using an Excel table, filter and then play my choice by clicking the playlist link in this Excel sheet. thanks

Unfortunately songs on Spotify don't currently have any tags which you can use to sort your music. An idea has been suggested for users to have the ability to create custom tags for songs (here), but Spotify has decided not to implement this yet.

However, you can create a new idea in the Ideas Exchange here and get others to vote for it. If it garners enough votes, then Spotify might consider implementing it!
