Import songs/playlists from the PC to Spotify

How can i import songs that are in my PC to Spotify (create playlists), i already have the playlists in the Windows Media Player but i can't listen to them in Spotify, what should i do?

Sadly there is no way to sync playlists with Windows Media Player and Spotify. Your local files should link the songs just not the playlists. The songs should also be in Spotify, unless they are certain artists.
