Is it possible to create a playlist from a list of song url's?

I have a text file with 1500 song urls. Like this:

...

is there an easy way to make a playlist out of it?

Yes, you create a playlist and then just copy all the links and paste them in the playlist. (ctrl+c --> ctrl+v)
