Is there a contact number or email for help?

I need to make sure my account is current as I should have premium. And for some reason it won't play any songs and skips through the current "radio" songs I selected. How do we get help?

Hey @Katychapman8

 

You can easily check if your account is on Premium by checking the status of your subscription on your Spotify account page. If it says Premium, then nothing is wrong with the subscription. 🙂
Take a look at this article for more information, and when the status is not Premium.

 

About the issue - please let me know the device and the version of Spotify client you're having problems with.
