Is there a way to log in on PC using Samsung account?

My Question or Issue

I have attached some screenshots of two accounts; the one on top is the one I am trying to use on PC - the username is a bunch of numbers, and there's no email or name shown (most likely because I sign in via Samsung One-Step Login. The one on the bottom is this account I'm using to post this - as you can see, there's a username and email. 

The account with the numbers isn't linked to any specific email, only my Samsung account, so I don't want to unlink the One-Step-Login and then lose my account

Hi there @SimonMD!

Your Premium account should still have an email address as part of the sign-up process. I'd recommend logging in to your Samsung account on your Galaxy S23 Ultra as well - that way, you should be able to access the Premium account via the Samsung One Step Login.

Another way you can view your login details is by heading to the app's Settings > Support. This will open your browser and log you in. From there tap the burger menu in the top right corner > Account overview > Edit profile.

If necessary, you can reset the password of your Premium account.
