It doesn't show what I'm listening to right now

I wanted to be able to see what I'm listening to on the discord. But it doesn't even show that I'm online. All the necessary checkboxes are in both Discord and Spotify. The problem is something else. I selected allowing access in privacy settings, but access no

If you turn on music through the browser, then it is displayed in the status. But if through the application, then no. The latest version, just installed today.
