My Question or Issue

Ok so when I click a song it says "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it" then skips 7 songs then plays a random ad, i can['t listen to anything it just plays ads??? Like please help I want to listen to music not ads. I'm using webplayer btw

Sounds like you're using a VPN. In general, Spotify works best without one, so try disabling it temporarily to see if that does the trick. I'd also recommend checking out this thread, where users have shared their solutions to the error message, so feel free to give them a try as well.
