Keep track in playlist from last run

When I start Spotify the last song played and time in it are tracked. If i click the "now playing artwork" I go to the album and artist, previously I got to the song in my playlist and I'd like that function back. Maybe some people like it as it is now, but at least give me an option in the preferences to keep track in my playlist when Spotify is started.
