Keeping the format of one playlist and copying it to another?

Solved!

Keeping the format of one playlist and copying it to another?

So, I'm trying to move all my songs from the "songs" section to an actual playlist made by me but I want to keep the order of how it is already, as I have it so the newest added songs are at the top. I know I can do this by manually adding each song from the bottom of the list to the top but that would take me so long, I must have a couple of thousand songs there. Anyone know of a way to do this without doing it manually?

Hey @JH3LLSKULL! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Yes, you can do this way faster.

Try these following steps:

  1. Select (CTRL + A) all songs from your 'songs' section
  2. Copy all your songs (CTRL + C)
  3. Create an new playlist (CTRL + N)
  4. Paste your songs into the new playlist (CTRL + V)

Let me know if that helps, thanks! ^^

Thank you, I did know about that but what I meant was that I want to keep
the exact adding order, as in the first song on my list added in 2016 or
whatever still says 2016 but the most recent is still from yesterday or
whatever
