Keyboard shortcuts not working with spotify.

I have a keyboard with play/pause , skip track and previous track buttons. None of them work with spotify even while I am I have the spotify app open. How can I get them to work? These buttons do not work with spotify on any keyboard with them.

I have this same problem, I cant skip song, change volume or pause. But when I close Spotify, these buttons start to work again! But when I change from headphones to speaker, buttons work with spotify. Headphones are Arctis 7 and they are selected as default device.
