Bonjour,
Je n'arrive pas à écouter les albums. J'ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé spotify complètement (avec redémarrage et nettoyage des dossiers système).
Mon problème est étrange car si je transforme l'album en playlist alors je peux l'écouter sans probème.
J'ai aussi spotify sur mon tél. android et tout marche parfaitement.
Mes playlist et les playslist des autres (comme This is ...) marchent.
Par contre aucun album ne fonctionne. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Can you let us know which source you used to download Desktop App? If you have downloaded from the Windows Apps store, could you try getting it from our web site and vice versa?
It's a good idea to check the firewall on your device and make sure Spotify is "whitelisted". If you're using VPN service, please turn it off to check if the same behavior continues.
On Windows another solution for this can be updating your sound drivers. Read more about how to do that here.
In case the issue persists, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in on your computer and test this out to see if they'll experience the same?
