Liked Songs playlist appearing as empty on laptop

My Question or Issue

My Liked Songs playlist shows up as empty whenever I try to open it on my laptop. It works fine whenever I open it on my phone. I can look through the albums and artists I've liked/followed on my laptop, but not all the songs I've liked.
