Liked albums don't appear until unliked and liked again

Liked albums don't appear until unliked and liked again

Liked albums sometimes just disappear in my library. If I search for the album on the main search, it will still show that I liked it. I always have to unlike and like it again.
Happens on all my devices.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? It's a good idea to give the app a clean reinstall if you haven't already as it can help resolve different issues with Spotify's performance. You can also remove the cache and for the reinstall follow the steps here.

 

On another note, does it happen with different albums or only specific ones and have you tried with a friend's or a relative's account on your device?

This is indeed an odd experience. Could you try reproducing the issue with a different account?

 

We'd also need a few screenshots or a video recording so we can get a better understanding of what is going on on your end. This'll help a lot.

I have attached a screen recording.

Albums after a while stop showing up until I remove the like and like it again.

Thank you! The clean reinstall & cache removal did it! 🙂

I tried reinstalling it when it first started but it didn't work. Removing the cache maybe did it!
