Local File's Cover Art ignored when it contains an Apostrophe

My Question or Issue

I noticed that the Cover Art of imported Local Files is ignored when the File Name or any of the File's Tags (e.g. Title, Artists, Album, etc.) contains an Apostrophe (').

It also doesn't just show the regular Placeholder-Image for missing Cover Art, instead the Cover Art of the previous Track is kept until there is an "unaffected" Local File or one of yours. Meaning if i listen to a Playlist with Local Files it might happen that i have the same Cover for two different Files, which is rather distracting.
