Local Files don't show up in search

Hi there!

I wanna leave iTunes altogether so I imported all local files. They play and show up well in the "local files" section, but they do not show up if I search for them.

Example: When have a **bleep** bootleg of Jefferson Airplane in my local files. When I look for "Jefferson Airplane" in the search area, only the "official" songs show up.

Any suggestions welcome :).
