Local Files tab will not show in new version of Desktop Application

Whenever I enable local tracks nothing changes in the sidebar, I really wish I had not/had the choice to update.  Now I will not be able to listen to music I had ready to go before I opened Spotify. I have seen a few other members report this but I wanted to add this thread just so you know it isn't a one person issue.
