My Question or Issue

I've been trying to download local files from my laptop onto spotify on my phone. I've followed the instructions on the Spotify website but regardless of what I've tried the songs do not appear. Both versions of spotify are on the most updated versions and both devices are connected to the same wifi. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Thanks!

Try creating a hotspot connection with your phone and connect your laptop to it and then sync.
