My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify makers,

the loudness is not consistant between normal and preview mode. It is much louder and furthermore not changeable when you use the preview (on an artist page, click on the recently appeared "preview button", on the right of the green arrow button).

This is very annoying and makes me not use this function wich otherwise would be interesting. A pity.

Can you please fix this e.g. by setting the volume the same as the "normal" one ?

I tested this out on my end and was also able to reproduce the issue you've described. This was reported to our tech folks so that they can take a closer look and we'll let you know as soon as we have any info to share.

We've tested this extensively on our end. We can confirm that this is the intended behaviour of the feature. Currently, there is no volume control on the Preview player. 

We appreciate your feedback on the matter and will make sure to take it into account.
