Lyrics go out of sync when Alt tabbed

My Question or Issue

Lyrics are always out of sync with the music and the progress bar finishes before the song is actually over (just a visual bug), like many seconds before the song is actually over.

These issues have been happening for months through multiple Windows/Spotify reinstalls.

From what I've observed the issues happen if you are with the lyrics thing open and then alt+tab out of Spotify, this then cause things to go out of sync but goes back normal once a new song is playing.

Also, I liked the 2016 style lyrics page way better when we could read the previous line too instead of only reading the current line + the next 3 ones (MusicXMatch is not perfect).

Can you let us know if this happens when the Spotify app window is maximized, or reduced? Could you try with different window sizes to see if it makes any difference?

Additionally, a video or screen recording would come in handy to have a better understanding of what's going on.

We'll be on the lookout.
