Media keys no longer working

I have a keyboard with standard media keys. THey have alwasy worked pefrectly with my spotify until today. I updated my computor, and now my media keys are stuck forcing my youtube tabs to start/stop playing. If i close out of all of my chrome tabs it will work normally, but thats not really practical. The next/previous song buttons still work, just the play button. I checkted to see if I had 'goggle play music' installed on my chrome, but i dont see it under my extensions or keyboard shortcuts. My spotify is also fully updated, I have tried restarting my computor and reinstalling spotify.
