Media overlay keys not disabled after app restart

Premium, Windows x64 Windows 10

Installed through Windows Store and Installed through installer - tried both ways.

I know this topic is well known but not enough tested. I'm still having this issue on 

1.0.93.244.g1e3a05e7 (Windows Store version)

Same problem, I'm on a double monitor setup.
