My Question or Issue

All of a sudden, the playback on my desktop is muffled and with heavy bass. I have made no changes to the desktop or Spotify and have the latest Spotify update. Playback on my iPhone is fine. Appreciate any assistance as I'm baffled.

Just to confirm, does the same happen with other streaming apps as well on your PC?

On another note, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update?

Lastly, does this only happen when you're streaming directly on your PC or when you're using the Connect feature too?
