Music Stopping After 5 Seconds

My Question or Issue

This happened to me before on my phone and now it's affecting my PC. When I try to listen to music, after about 5 seconds the song will stop and Spotify will say "sorry, we can't play this right now" or something along those lines. It's almost every time. Restarting the app helps briefly but then it's back to stopping after a few seconds. I tried clearing my drivers but there was nothing related to Spotify. I've updated my PC, Spotify, etc. but just don't know what else to try. It's extremely frustrating considering I'm paying for this service and now this issue is happening *again*...

We recommend Logging our Everywhere at first. Before you log back in, do a clean reinstall of the Spotify apps on both your PC and phone. Follow this Guide for best results.

These steps will assure that your account is properly synced with the servers, there is no corrupted cache files on your devices, and that you're running the latest app versions.
