Hey @aaliyah_duck,

Sorry to hear you can't start Spotify, so let's get that fixed!

Can you let me know the following:

  • What version of Windows 10 are you using?
  • Are you using the Spotify app from the Windows store or from the Spotify website?
  • What version of Spotify are you using (and have you made sure to check for updates)
  • Did this issue start after installing another application or program?

If there are any other details you can provide, please let me know!

Best,

Jordan

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

I am on windows 10

Downloaded Spotify from the website

Not really sure how to check to find out

And no, I just went to open the application before I started to play games like I always do, and i noticed it was stuck on that loading screen for a very long time. I haven't installed or uninstalled anything that would mess it up.

So it seems to be a common issue the solutin might be here  https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Mac-old/Infinite-Loading-Screen/td-p/1305756/page/2

Someone had the same problem and it was solved by doing what this link tells you to do and you can always download an older version of Spotify.

Hope this helps. 🙂
