Music goes starts next song about once a minute

Hi, I recently started having an issue with spotify on windows (not web-app).  About every minute, my music will go to the next song, cutting off the previous song, or unpausing spotify and starting the next song if it was paused.  

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I did see that spotify things I have a Web Player (Chrome) device somewhere, but I don't.  I remotely logged out of all my devices and changed my password to confirm this.

Any help would be appreciated, both with the skipping and removing the web player.  Thanks!

So first try to reinstall Spotify, which I am sure you did and if this still doesn't fix the problems I would download an older version of Spotify to fix the problem by clicking here . Hope this helps. Like if you like kudos. Also you could go to view and click hardware accelerator in the program, which should reset it which might work also.
