I got all of my library deleted in desktop windows version(my favorites, albums, artists). Playlists are fine. I have tried reinstalling app, logging out/in. It's all fine in the android version I have on my phone.

Spotify is currently investigating this issue, and there is some more info on this here. I'd suggest you add your +VOTE to the thread and follow the instructions in the Status Update.
