My music changes itself without me touching anything, why ?

Hi,

When listening with webplayer, my music sometimes changes itself without me touching anythinf in the app, putting something totaly random. What can i do to stop it ?

Just to confirm, is this only happening on the web player or have you noticed this behavior on the desktop/mobile app?

If it's happening on all devices, there's a chance that the playback is being controlled from a different one. In that case, we'd recommend logging out everywhere by following the steps in this article. This will close any other active sessions on different devices and hopefully your music will stop changing randomly.
