My "premium account" doesn't seem to work properly on windows.

My "premium account" doesn't seem to work properly on windows.

So recently i've bought some premium bundles for my account but it doesn't seem to be working on my windows and i still got ads playing. The mini icon on the bottom says it's "Spotify Premium", and i've checked my subscription plan on my account and my premium is still there too. I've logged out and logged back in many times alrady and i also have the latest version of spotify, and as far as i'm concerned, my device is completely fine and it has nothing to do with it. Need fix ASAP as i need it for an event soon and i couldn't find any solutions on the internet. Pretty pleasee ❤️

Hi there @Natoleon,

 

Thanks for reaching out. What ads are you seeing exactly and where do they appear? If they were within podcasts, then that is to be expected even for Premium accounts due to the fact that podcasts are financed differently than music.

 

If you see ads elswhere, send us some screenshots or a video of the exact behaviour so that we can take a closer look. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
