My songs sound different

I uploaded our EP through our distributor and the songs vocals sounds muffled on phone but on a pc/computer it is fine. I also checked on other streaming platforms (apple music etc.) It is also fine on both phone and pc.

One of the songs in the EP is the same file that we released as a single a month ago and its also alright no issues.

I also had my friend listen to it on his phone and its also sound different on him, specifically the vocals.

Can we do something about this?
