New Folders don't appear in the new version

My Question or Issue

Any new folders I create don't show up since the update, I see that a folder has been created because the number of folders goes up but the folders can't be seen in the sidebar.  I can only see folders created prior to to the update.  When I check on my phone I can see the new folders

Found that if I removed the filter Created By You the New Folders would show up, which is weird since those folders are user created
