My Question or Issue

I changed my password recently therefore my Spotify logout from my PC, now that I'm trying to log in it opens Firefox. When I put my information, Spotify Web works well, but the current website generates 'redirect_uri: Illegal redirect_uri'. And nothing else happens. I also tried with Chrome, and it also doesn't work.

Hey @mausol,

Thanks for your reply.

Can you please try reinstalling the app? If you're using the Microsoft Store app version, try the webpage one and vice versa.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey @mausol,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you provide a short screen recording of the experience where the URLs you're being navigated to are visible?

Does the issue occur on a different desktop device and a different network or in an incognito window of your browser?

Keep us posted.

Cheers!

Hey! Thanks for the response. Well, I also have a laptop and I also had to sign in, but I didn't have any issues there. I changed to Brave, and I'm still having problems. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I tried in incognito, same thing happened.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Thanks a lot to both of you!

Installing the Microsoft Store version fixed the issue! 😀
